Gabi and her family have worked tirelessly to change the landscape of Pulmonary Hypertension and Organ Donation in South Africa. Her elder daughter, Jenna Lowe, lost her battle with this life threatening lung disease in 2015. Jenna, a young and beautiful activist and heroine, was posthumously awarded Lead SA’s Youth Hero of year.
