The extraordinary journey that the Lowe family fought for four years precipitated a meaningful change in direction for Gabi which led to her becoming a professionally qualified integral Personal and Leadership Development coach.
“Authenticity, compassion and a deep understanding of emotional resilience are the most important perspectives and qualities that I bring to my coaching. I believe that as conscious, awake, emotionally resilient and compassionate human beings we can hold, embrace and survive just about anything.
When you align your thinking, feeling and intuition; when you ‘turn your face to the storm’ with intent; you can begin to rebuild your shattered world and enter the realms of hope and possibility. You cannot unsee what you have seen, or undo a traumatic experience, I can attest to that, yet you can reframe it through hard work, conscious commitment and different perspectives. Even in the face of unavoidable suffering, we must search for ways to make meaning and live with gratitude.”- Gabi Lowe
